The heart of the internet
The theme of this project was Internet of Things. The goal was to present out installation on GOGBOT, a yearly art and technology festival. The Hear of the Internet is shaped look like a human heart, but is made out of computer components. The heart is capable of physically beating by moving four hinged plates. The speed at which the heart beats is determined by two things: the number of people nearby that have wifi devices on them and the number of tweets with a chosen hashtag.
